Siddhesh’s father has filed a complaint against the container driver, alleging negligence. Investigations revealed that the container’s fitness certificate expired in 2013, and its insurance lapsed over a decade ago. The container, registered under BRC Logistics Pvt. Ltd., was later sold, but ownership details were not updated in official records.

Current Status:

Authorities are searching for the driver, who fled after the accident. Police teams have been dispatched to Shamli and Khatauli to trace the container’s current owner.
